Seeking an expert at web development, who has a clear opinion concerning design, usability and interaction. Someone who can match creativity with accurate pixels. An online portfolio of strong design and conceptual work is a key deciding factor.

Required Skills:
- Expert in CSS/XHTML.
- Expert in JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax/ Flash and Actionscript.
- Ability to create pixel perfect XHTML/CSS code from Adobe PSD files.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate solid understanding of design fundamentals, web optimization, and information architecture.
- Produce and test a website that functions or degrades gracefully in all major browsers.
- Work creatively with colleagues on project teams.
- Enjoys a challenge and brings new ideas to the table.
- Passionate about user experience and web site usability.
- Strong desire to constantly improve your knowledge base, process and workflow.
- Ability to accurately estimate effort and timelines for deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to implement and experiment with new and interesting ways to use CSS, Flash, and JavaScript to push creative boundaries of our work, while enforcing and maintaining strict HTML and CSS coding standards.
- Solve complex visual interaction problems with very technically viable solutions.

Bonus Round:
- 2+ years of professional web development experience.
